Group Discussion Competition held at KCLIMT

 

In order to provide a real time exposure of discussing in a group and reaching at a consensus through active participation by all group members, the Department of Management organized a Case Based Group Discussion for the students of MBA- I and MBA-3rd semester. The topic of Group discussion FOR MBA 3RD was “Marketing or quality- what is more important to sell a product”. Fourteen students participated in this group discussion. Students expressed their views in an impressive way. In MBA Ist the students discussed the various issues in the case and tried to find out the optimum solution to the problems in the case study pertaining to the transfer of a Branch Manager by the Head Office in a troubled branch and the various administrative and behavioural issues faced by the new manager and the possible solutions of the same.

The students discussed the case in a congenial and professional manner.

In the end Dr. S.K. Sood, Director KCL-IMT & R.S. Deol, HoD-Mgmt. honoured the best performers of the Discussion.
