Since Inception KCL-IMT, Jalandhar has been known for its excellent placement track record. .KCL-IMT in its endeavor to excel in the field of imparting quality education and subsequent placements also has entered into a tie up with Axis Bank. It is important to mention here that 18 plus students of our institute are already working as Assistant Manager with Axis Bank across various branches in Punjab.
Decathlon Sports, a French based organization opened in 1976 near Lile, came to the campus for recruiting MBA students for Placement and Winter Internship. It has stores having a wide range of equipment and clothing all under one roof and at extremely competitive prices.
The job profile offered was of Sales Manager (Sports) at a salary package of Rs 3 to 4.5 Lakhs Per Annum.
Six students of MBA final year Manmeet Kaur ,Manjeet Singh ,Ravi Kumar , Manjinderpal Singh , Simranjit Kaur , Karamvir got selected as Sales Manager and Harjinder Kaur,Inderpal Singh,Ranjana,Manmeet Singh and Gurlovjit Singh of MBA first year got selected as Winter Interns.
The selection process comprised of Pre Placement Talk, followed by a Group Discussion done very innovatively in the Play Ground, physical fitness test comprising of sprints, beep test, team sports etc followed by a Personal Interview round.
