In order to enhance the group discussion skills of MBA students and to supplement their preparedness for their upcoming career in the corporate world, the Department of Management organized case based group discussion for MBA first year students on 3rd March, 2016. Two days prior to the event, the case was distributed to all the participating students for their self analysis & preparation: and to the audience. The case study was about the change management arising out autocratic leadership style a leader by an informal leader appointed by Management. The case study based discussion witnessed a meaningful deliberation where students spoke for and against the theme. Every participating student contributed to the group discussion meaningfully. The event was conducted in the presence of Director (Dr. S K Sood), Vice-Principal (G K Jain), HoD-Mgt Dept (Mr. R. S. Deol) and Prof. J.S. Dosanjh (Professor).
