In order to make the students place able in corporate world, The HR club organized case based group discussion for MBA final year students. One day prior to the event, the case was distributed to all the students for their self analysis and preparation. The case study based discussion witnessed a meaningful deliberation where students spoke for and against the theme. The case study relates to hierarchical conflicts. Every participating student contributed to the GD meaningfully. The event was conducted in the presence of Director (Dr. S K Sood), Vice-Principal (G K Jain), HoD-Mgt Dept (Mr. R S Deol). Other faculty members were also present during the group discussion. The case based group discussion was organized by Prof. Parveen Singh Kalsi, Prof. Hitesh Sharma and Prof. Sonu Dua.
The case study was evaluated by Prof. A S Rai and Prof. Tarunjit Singh, wherein three students (Damanpreet Kaur, Mehak, Prabhjot Kaur) were awarded the mementos & certificates for their outstanding performance The award ceremony was facilitated by Director (Dr. S K Sood), Vice-Principal (G K Jain), HoD-Mgt Dept (Mr. R S Deol) and other faculty member were also present during the award distribution ceremony.
