In order to assess the skill set of students of Management department and seeing their future employability a Skill Assessment test was successfully conducted by The Kites Pvt Ltd on 23rd August, 2017 for the students of MBA-1st Semester. The students appeared in the test with full zeal and enthusiasm. This test will help us in identifying the Skill set of the students. Based upon the results The Kites company will be having a one to one discussion with the students in the upcoming month as to which specialization they must opt for based upon their strengths. Moving forward The Kites company will be taking remedial measures to improve upon and work upon the weaknesses of the students.
It is worthwhile to mention here that the institute has signed an MOU with this organization (The –Kites) which will assist the institute in every possible manner for grooming our students and preparing them for the future corporate roles.
