#Annual #Convocation🎓 was organized at #KCL Institute of Management of Technology for the Award of MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA & B.Com (P) degrees to the students. Dr.S.K Sood (Director, KCLIMT) welcomed the chief guest, members of Governing Council, invited dignitaries, recipients of degrees and guests from media.
Institute’s Report was presented by the Director, Dr.S.K Sood. He stated that our vision is to be a vibrant and innovative center of education, research, executive training and consultancy in management and technology; to develop a cadre of socially responsive managers, technocrats, entrepreneurs and professionals, thereby fulfilling the contemporary needs of the industry, business, government and the community at large, both locally and nationally. Around 30 students of KCL-IMT have bagged top Merit Positions in the Examinations conducted by IKG-PTU.The Institute has strategic Tie-Ups with AXIS Bank, ICICI Bank & TCS for placements of our students.
Then after Sardarni Balbir Kaur (President, Governing Council), Declared the Convocation open.
#Dr.Lalit Kumar Awasthi (Director, NIT Jalandhar) gave the Convocation Address. He stated that I am confident that the way Khalsa College Lyallpur Institute of Management & Technology has provided quality education to their students, supported with state-of-the-art infrastructure and endeavored towards networking with the industry has simply made the Institute emerge as one of the premier institute of the region..
A total of 300 Degrees were presented to the students.
At the end, Dr.Sanjay Bhargava (Dean, CS) presented vote of Thanks. He congratulated all the graduating students who worked hard and have successfully completed their degrees.
