A Webinar was organized by Department of Management for the Faculty, Research Scholars and Students of KCLIMT, other colleges and schools of the region and the state on the topic “Quality Education: A Key in Post Covid 19 Era”. The resource person for the same was Dr.Suresh Kumar Chadha , (Professor ,Former Chairman/Ex. Honorary Director ,Placement Cell –University Business School ,Chandigarh). Sir, briefed the particpants about the importance of right attitude in life, having a long term Vision to attain success and above all channelizing the energy in positive direction. He motivated the participants to follow the practices of Guru Nanak Dev Ji –in particular Daswant (Practice of giving back to the Society). He asked the Faculty members to inculcate best teaching and research practices like use of technology, latest teaching aids and tools ,use of innovation ,creativity and customized tailor made solutions for the students to understand and grasp the topics easily and effectively. In the end he also talked about standardization, governance, humane based education system and accepting the challenges of life. Dr. Inderpal Singh-HOD Management, KCLIMT extended a vote of thanks to Dr. S.K Chadha-Speaker of the Webinar. He also thanked Prof Sukhbir Singh Chatha (Director Academic Affairs), Dr. S.K Sood (Director-KCLIMT) and management of the institute for giving an opportunity to organize such a webinar and assured that such events would become a routine affair in the future also.
