Rules & guidelines for the Event

1. Any student aged 17 to 24 Years can only apply for this contest and that too from Doaba region i.e. Hoshiarpur, Kapurthala, Jalandhar & Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (formerly Nawanshahr) districts.
2. Registration is mandatory for this event.
3. There is no registration fee.
4. Last date for registration & sending entries is 25th June, 2020 by 11:00 AM.
5. There would be Two Preliminary Rounds and One Final Round.
6. Preliminary Round – I (Introduction Round) (One Minute Video & Two Photographs)
   1. Participants need to give a brief Introduction including name, class, college, stream & Hobbies.
   2. Black & White (Positive & Negative) aspect of Lockdown in Students’ Life.
   3. Judgement Criteria: Communication Skills, Confidence, Expressions & Body Language.
   4. Participants are required to send two photographs:
      1. One Fresh Pic Photograph i.e. Photograph without makeup.
      2. One Photograph depicting the theme of Event i.e. Ms. & Mr. Doaba.
   5. Preliminary Round – II (Talent Hunt Round) (One Minute Video)
      1. Participants need to record one-minute video to showcase their talent in Modelling, Solo Dance, Solo Song, Stand –up Comedy and Mimicry.
      2. Multitalented fusion videos are also acceptable.
      3. Judgement Criteria: Creativity, Originality & Confidence.
   6. List of Selected Participants (10 Boys & 10 Girls) & complete schedule for Final Round shall be displayed on Institute’s Website (kclimt.com), Official Facebook Page and Official Instagram Account on 27^th June, 2020 latest by 12:00 Noon.
   7. Final Round shall be One to One Interview either through Zoom or WhatsApp (3-5 Minutes) will be conducted on 29^th June, 2020.
      1. It will consist of Panel Interview conducted by the experts of the Institute.
      2. Medium of Communication shall be English, Hindi or Punjabi as opted by the participant during registration.
      3. Questions related to General Awareness & IQ shall be asked.
      4. Judgement Criteria: Confidence, Body Language, command on language.
   8. Final results shall be displayed on Institute’s Website (kclimt.com), Official Facebook Page and Official Instagram Account on latest by 11:00 AM on 30^th June, 2020.
   9. Decision of the Judges will be final.
   10. E-certificates will be provided to all the participants.
   11. Cash prize will be given to the winners.
