A #Webinar was organized by Department of Management for the students of #MBA, #BBA and #B. Com classes on the topic “Ensuring Mental Health in Academia & Placement Tips”. The resource person for the same was Mr. Varun Aggarwal, Chief Branch Manager –Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. He briefed the students about physical and mental wellbeing. He laid stress upon managing stress during this challenging times of Lockdown due to Covid-19 upheaval. Mr. Varun urged the students to spend quality time at home with family members and to keep yourself busy in household chores, meditation, yoga, indoor exercises etc. He also prayed for wellbeing of all and said this tough time would pass soon and things will again be normal. He also gave online and general interview tips to the students and told them to remain motivated about the future hiring scenario of corporate world. A healthy interaction followed by Question Answer round made the session very interesting. Dr. Inderpal Singh-HOD Management, #KCLIMT applauded the efforts of Mr. Varun Aggarwal.
