“Welkom Fiesta”

 

Fresher’s party “Welkom Fiesta” organized at KCL Institute of Management & Technology
Following the rich traditions of welcoming their juniors, senior students of Management & IT of KCLIMT, organized a fresher party, “Welkom Fiesta”.
The event started with lighting of lamp by dignitaries Sardarni Balbir Kaur (President Governing Council) ,S,Jaspal Singh Waraich (Joint Secretary),S. Sukhbir Singh Chatha (Director Academic Affairs) ,Dr.S.K Sood (Director, KCLIMT) , Dr Ramandeep Deol (Deputy Director,AA), Dr Inderpal Singh (HOD,Management), Prof Kamal Nain Sharma (HOD,IT),Prof Rajan Dhir.
The Students presented bouquet to Honorable Sardarni Balbir Kaur (President Governing Council) S. Jaspal Singh Waraich (Joint Secretary)& S. Sukhbir Singh Chatha (Director Academic Affairs).
After that the students of MBA & MCA III presented welcome dance.
Then the students of MBA I, MCA I, BCA-1, BBA-1 and B.com won the heart of audience by presenting Modeling on the Ramp. Their colorful dresses and confidence overwhelmed the audience.
The Senior students from MCA 3rd, 5th& MBA 3rd presented Bhangra, Gidha , Group Dance & Skit to entertain the audience.
An award distribution ceremony was also held in which Award of Appreciation was given to meritorious students of Management & IT who have bagged merit positions in PTU End Semester examinations.50 students of Department of Management & 29 students of Department of IT were honoured for securing University Positions .
