In order to enhance the interview skills and employability of MBA-Final year students, a Mock Interview Sessionwas organisedat KCL Institute of Management and Technology, Jalandhar. Eminent industry experts from top MNCs and banks came to the campus to conduct the same. Various panels were formed to give the students a rich and diverse interview experience. Ms NeetuMahajan ,Director– The Educational Consultancy –The Heritage Mahajan Villa, Amritsar , Mr Anmol Rattan Narang ,Senior Manager ,UCO Bank ,Principal-Staff Training College ,UCO Bank , Jalandhar, Ms AmanpreetKaur ,Credit Manager,Capital Local Area Bank , Jalandharand Ms Meenakshi , Director ,Synergy –Interiors gave the students a first hands experience of a very comprehensive interview . The process consisted of in person interviews, Group discussions, Telephonic and Skype round of interviews.
