Educating through diverse mediums of expressions has always been an integral part of teaching at #KCL-Institute of Management and Technology, Jalandhar. With this understanding a Four Day Workshop on #Personality#Development was organized for the students of MBA IV, BBA VI and B.Com (P) VI in the college premises. The workshop was conducted by an expert faculty, Ms. Neetu Mahajan, who is working as a trainer, mentor and guide from past 18 years and mentored over 5000 plus students for excellence in life. The purpose of organizing this workshop was to help students to enrich various aspects of their personality, to enhance the communication skills, to shape themselves in achieving their pursuits and to widen the scope of their job placements
