In order to fulfill social responsibility towards society a Blood Donation Camp was organized at KCL-IMT, in which students of KCL-IMT donated blood for the social cause with great enthusiasm. Prof. Sukhbir Singh Chatha (Director, Academic Affairs) & Dr. S. K Sood (Director, KCL-IMT), Dr. Y. S. Randhawa (Director, LKC-Engg.), Dr. Navjot Kaur (Principal, LKC-Women), Dr. Sanjay Bhargava (Dean, Computer Science), Prof. Ramandeep S. Deol (HOD, Management), Prof. Kamal Nain Sharma (HOD, IT) & Dr. Inderpal Singh (Dean, Research) presented token of gratitude to Dr. Gagandeep. The blood donation camp was organized in association with Civil Hospital, Jalandhar.
Total of forty students & faculty members donated blood. Juice, fruits and other food items were given to the blood donation volunteers as refreshment.
Dr. S. K Sood (Director, KCL-IMT) appreciated the efforts of students & faculty members for organizing such an event, as donation of blood is considered as one of the main donation in the world. The other KCL-IMT faculty members were also present in this blood donation camp.
