HR club of KCL-institute of Management & Technology conducted “psychometric Analysis Test” for final year MBA students. The rationale behind was to acquaint the students with their own behavioral perspective, which would eventually help them to prepare themselves thoroughly for the placement drives. The psychometric Analysis Test was conducted by Dr. Parminder Kaur (). This event helped the students identify their personality self for overall development. The event was conducted in the presence of Dr. S K Sood (Director KCL-IMT), Vice-Principal (Prof. G K Jain), HoD-Mgt (Mr. R S Deol), Dr. Inderpal Singh (Associate Professor) & other faculty member were also present. The psychometric Analysis Test was organized by Mr. Sonu Dua and Mr. Hitesh Sharma. Five Students (Nihit Sharma, Rajvir Kaur, Kirandeep Kaur, Vishal Seth and Durga Pandey) were appreciated and awarded with mementos by the resource person for their extra ordinary efforts during the test.At the end, Director Academic-Affairs, KCL-Group of Institution congratulated the students and faculty member for the successful completion of the activity.
