Case Study Based Discussion of MBA – IV Semester Students

In order to enhance the group discussion skills of final year MBA students and to supplement their preparedness for their upcoming career in the corporate world, the Department of Management organized case based group discussion for MBA final year students on              25th February’ 2016. Two days prior to the event, the case was distributed to all the participating students for their self analysis & preparation: and to the audience. The case study was about managing a dealership network for a business to business product i.e. switchgear and to provide remedial solution for the dealer who at present is not performing well, however had a reputed legacy. The case study based discussion witnessed a meaningful deliberation where students spoke for and against the theme. Every participating student contributed to the group discussion meaningfully. The event was conducted in the presence of Director (Dr. S K Sood), Vice-Principal (G K Jain), HoD-Mgt Dept (Mr. R. S. Deol) and Dr. Inderpal Singh (Associate Professor). Other faculty members were also present during the group discussion were Mr. Sonu Dua & Mr. A. S. Rai. The case based group discussion was organized by Mr. Parveen Singh Kalsi.
